When will you start charging?▼
We’re in beta with the landlord plan free. We’ll announce a start date for paid billing well in advance and email every account before the first charge.
Will my price increase if I join now?▼
Beta members are grandfathered at founder pricing when subscription billing begins. You will not be surprised by a higher rate than what we publish for your cohort.
Is it really free for tenants?▼
Yes. Tenants pay rent via bank transfer (ACH) with no Southern Charm processing fees. Your subscription covers landlord tools; tenants don’t pay us to submit rent.
